Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Size issues

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

📩 To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 day's of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The issue

Replacement / Refund Process

  • After verification, we will process:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (as per case)

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days

COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or discount

  • Custom or personalized designs
